Embed a curtain wall into another curtain wall

Hi fellas!

I get an error saying that "Highlighted walls overlap".
But I can't get the 'cut' command to work with the curtain wall. How's the proper way of solving this?

Select a panel and you should be able to change it to another curtain wall.
