Anyone knows if there’s any “Native” function of Revit 2020 that I can simply click and add an Elevator? Something that works like the Stairs or Wall function Native to Revit?

or I must install some sort of extension or plugin to do that? If so, which do u guys suggest? 🙂

Are you taking about the new BIMCreate design tool from Otis which enables architects to create customizable, configured 3D Revit files for integration into overall building plans, rather than selecting from pre-existing files?

Look into elevator manufacturers. They all have their own app to assist you with. If you want to model generic elevators, you can just use Shaft, Walls, and doors.

Thanks everyone,

right now I have two options:

Digipara OR Otis...

Anyone knows which is more user-friendly to create a non-heavy (memory / file size wise) elevator for Revit? I think these 2 companies offers the "easiest" way to do it...

Are you sure you choosing one over the other solely based on their App? What about quality, cost, availability, etc...?

True... But I am a student and from what I can see, they are all Free for the functions I needed - which is simple adding of Parametric Elevators in my projects... Wait, please don't tell me I have to pay to "Unlock" some functions?!
