i have problem when i draw grids in structure elevation it appears in floor and celling elevations and also when i modify some thing in one of these elevations it happens to all i want to draw in structure elev only and different thing in floor can any one help my revit version is 2018
well, that is what one would expect. You can duplicate the grid family, call it lets say "structural grid" and in other views turn them off using a filter. Or you can just use some annotation detail family "dummy grid" that will appear only in that view.
Could you explain why you want two different grids?
You can add a parameter or fill existing parameters to make a difference between structural and architectural grid. View filters will then show the 'correct' one for each view. But I am curious why you want two different grids.
Sorry I made a mistake I understood it from my teacher that in the case of drawing house rules we draw in FLOOR PLAN AND WHEN WE DRAW GRIDS WE DRAW IT IN STRUCTURAL PLANS AND I DID NOT KNOW THAT I CAN DO ALL OF THIS IN SAME PLAN I AM REALLY SORRY AND THANK YOU FOR REPLYING
