Hello all,
Issue here. Prepare yourselves for some drama.....
Two elevation views.
Only difference is the scale.
One elevation is of the full building,
The other is an enlarged detail of a part of the same building.
Both are of Type - Building Elevation
Both have the same view template.
Same project
Same files linked in - a .dwg, an MEP
Both linked files are in the correct workset
When I go to the view template to hide the .dwg, exterior lights on the detail view disappear. These lights are a part of the MEP file.
The overall elevation looks fine however!!
This has been driving me absolutely nuts. What could the difference be between the overall elevation and the enlarged elevation that could be causing this? A part of me is strongly tempted to recommend linework on the offending detail, but that would not be right - and I would not be able to sleep at night!
Oh Revit, Revit, wherefore art thou, Revit.....
