Elevation tags where the text needs to stay horizontal - but does not.....

Hello all

 

Can this be remedied?

Background - the tag work perfectly when sheet and view numbers are in the same label. But we have a project with very long sheet numbers, so an attempt was made with 2 labels of different text sizes - which does not behave correctly for angled elevations. Family is attached.
