Elevation Tag Text Placement

Hello there, I am having difficulties rotating the detail number on the elevation tags.  The tag to the North is showing correctly, however; the other elevation tag detail numbers have moved.  I cannot seem to locate where to make this change.  Please see attachment for better idea.  Thank you in advance!

In you browser under Families >> Annotation, find the elevation tag and right click on it ans select Edit. That will take you to  the family.

In the family, click on one of the text labels. Do the properties of the label look like this?

If not, then can you share the family?

See revised file.  Please note that this only works for single elevation mark.  For multi-elevation mark, such as Interior elevations, I recommend to use the OOTB Interior Elevation and pointer mark, where the detail number is outside of the pointer.
