I’m new to revit. I seem to have a problem with my East and north elevations as there are wall cut lines instead of a continuous elevation like in my south and west plan. How can I get rid of the wall cutlines ?

have a look at the Elevation Marker placement ...it could be placed inside the building and then acting as a section..
An example that shows such a case..

Unfortunately that’s not the case because my markers are pretty far away
Just because the markers are far away doesn't mean the cut line is. Click on the elevation head and see where the cut line is like in the example provided. If it is going through the walls like the example, simply move the line back.
see if the Line is aligned with the Elevation Mark or it is cutting the walls...
