Elevation Mark Text Wrapping

Hi All,

Is there a way to wrap text in elevation mark, so that my sheet number could fit inside the bubble? Thanks

  • Edit the Elevation Marker Body family
  • Reduce the Label's Text box width
  • Edit the label and make sure that  "Wrap between Parameters Only" un-checked

It doesn't work....even though I have adjusted the text box width but the text still doesn't wrap.

You need a space within the value of the parameter for it to wrap. For
example: C101 -001

It works!but is there a solution that does not need the space in between? As once I added a space in between the sheet number on my title block would change to 2 rows too.

  1. That's a Label NOT a text box... It does NOT Wrap SingleLongTextStringsSuchAsThisOne so yes a space separator is a must
  2. The Sheet Number on your Title Block is not linked to that of the Elevation tag except by value. After you added the space most probably the Label's box became too small to fit..
    • Edit the Title Block
    • Select the Label for Sheet Number and Make the Bounding Box of the label text Wider (inverse of the suggestion in previous reply #2)
