Elevation Lines

How do I make is so I can move an elevation line without others being in the exact same position.

So it can reach parts of the building

The levels?  Click on one of them, you will see little locks at the start or finish of the line...click the lock on the end you want to move independent and it will unlock it from the rest...

FYI...if when you click them they say 3D...you should stretch all of them through your model, then use a crop region to split them to 2D then adjust.
