Elements of dwg import is rotated.

I'm having a problem with some dwg files that I'm linking into Revit. (I've received them from the same person, so the problem could lie with them)

When I link the file into Revit, some objects/blocks are rotated.

The example below I off a truss. In AutoCAD it looks fine, in Revit the top profile is rotated 90°.

Anyone had a similar problem with dwg files?

Hi @Kimtaurus,

Once the cad file is linked into revit all the blocks get exploded.

and form a single link cad file.

Try to edit the block in Cad and find the original orientation of the block.

In this case the truss might be in the orientation as it is in revit.

Do change the block orientation or explode all the blocks before linking it to revit.
