Elements cannot stay connected/joined

Actually, i wrote a Dynamo script that make walls on window reveals and its doing. But there comes a problem in Revit. When i run script, this warning window (as shown in Pic 1)comes which says "Elements cannot stay joined/connected" which probably means  that wall cannot go till it which touches the window as shown in picture 2 . Because the wall has to go till window face but after i click "leave connection between elements" on this warning window, the finish wall is little short and doesnt touch window face. Any solution for it becasue i want walls to go till window face as scripted.

I'm not understanding what you would like help with. The Dyn Routine?  Is the error thrown when you perform the actions "manually" - without using Dynamo.

i will try this in Dynamo later but wanna know whats the problem when i create walls on window reveals. why comes this error that elements cannot be connected/joined. Actually the elements that could not be connected are this Finish wall and that already present conctrete wall.
