FWIW: Mirroring Groups is generally a no-no. More so with groups containing MEP Families.  Better practice is creating right and left Groups.   With that being said, could you provide some more specifics.  If I had to guess, it sounds like you might have introduced a new element to the Project/Group WHILE INSIDE GROUP EDIT MODE.

@barthbradley I have been creating group mirrors up, even up elements placed in different levels with no issues at all, except for insolated cases like this.

Okay. In order to troubleshoot this, I need more information.  For instance, give me a procedure to replicate the error on my end.

That doesn't negate the fact that it is not recommended. Many non-recommended things in Revit can be done without any apparent issues but these things pile up and eventually do cause issues, possibly serious ones. If it's been established that it is best to avoid certain practices, it's probably in your best interest to not do them.

If you like living on the edge, ignore best practices and do whatever you want.

@barthbradley: this blue half of my project is the group that I have done. Since 2016 when I was a beginner I started making mirror of groups, I did not know that this practice was not the best option but it's working for me, saving me a lot of time. so, could you please elaborate your question?

@RSomppi@barthbradley Thanks for your time, I have already solved issue, I was placing my wall hosted object leaving the wall outside the block, I did not realize about this, so I selected both the wall and the shower, cut and paste aligned inside the block and voila, did work. thank you @barthbradley for everything you have taught me, I do really love you my mentor and I wish the best for you. God bless you.
