Elements are joined when from exporting Revit to Lumion

export Lumion llivesync.pngexport as fbx file.pngfamily joined material.pngfamily seperate material.pngIn Revit.png

Hello, when I export my revit file using Lumion Livesync plugin, the roof and floor are joined when I open it in Lumion (1st picture). This doesn't happen when I try to export as .fbx in Revit (2nd picture), however the family materials are joined as one (3rd picture), while when I export using the Lumion plugin, the family has seperate materials (4th picture). 5th picture shows that the roof and floor are both seperate components and materials in Revit.

Also some elements are missing when I export using Lumion livesync. Does anyone know any fix for this?

Thank you for your answers.

Lumion livesync is material based. Looking at your view in revit view with realistic mode turned on the model is completely gray.. so no materials. in it self thats not a problem. but then revit takes the default material. And if your floor aan roof have the same default Lumion will make it into 1 element.

Revits .fbx export is element based so it will export differently.

Did you add materials by 'painting' ?  if so thats seriously a bad way of going at it.. paint is nice to make the finishing touch not to do a entire model.
