Element too Small on Screen

I have a project that the floor system has changed since bringing in the structural engineer. I need to move a level down 7/8" of an inch. I created a ref plane and aligned the level to the ref plane, at the end of all the expected errors i get "element is too small on screen" and my only option is to cancel the alignment. I searched what the element was and it is an analytical member. I do not have experience with analytical models, we don't use them. How do i get around this error and adjust my floor level?

I have tried moving the level a further distance  (8") so it isn't too small and i still get the same error.

Create a 3D view, turn off Model categories, turn on Analytical categories, select all Analytical lines and delete.
