electrical : distribution system

Hi fellows

I have set the electrical settings ( voltage definition and distribution system ) . Now, when i select the 'panel' in drawing to select the distribution system in 'options tab'; it shows blank. It does not show any distribution system to choose from, not even 'none'. The drop down remains just the blank.

Why is it so, what wrong am i doing ?

Thanks

You should start with an electrical template. If you started with another template, now you need to transfer settings from a project that has started with the electrical template. The setting in particular that you need in this case "Distribution System".

Hi @sakar_deepak

The Distribution System works based on Voltage settings.

if you have placed default 208V panel make sure you are trying to connect to fixtures with in the distribution range.

have a look at the below links

Thanks fellows

I found my mistake. I was making the mistake of selecting the 'architectural' panel which didnt have the electrical connector. My problem is solved after selecting the ' MEP' panel which has electrical connector.

Thanks
