Educational Access Not working

I am a student and back in September, only 3 months ago, I activated the educational access for 1 year and it is now saying "Your access to Autodesk for Education has expired" and will not launch Revit. It gives me two options, to "restart access" or "buy now." Restarting access does not work because when I log in online to autodesk it says 

"Your educational access to Autodesk products is valid through September 13, 2022. Choose a product below."

I have already tried uninstalling revit and reinstalling it. I have logged out and logged back in. I do not know why my application is not recognizing my educational access.

I have the exact same problem, I am trying 1 month already to find out what's wrong and the Autodesk helpdesk is not helping.

Please post your problem screenshot. otherwise please try to log in Autodesk domain. there will be a solution for those.
