Editing Request Notifications Not showing

We have recently started a new project in Revit and have been testing out Worksharing capabilities. This was working fine until a new person started working on the project who does not get editing request notification showing up on her screen. This is not a huge issue but it is irritating, is there somewhere i dont know about where you can adjust the notification settings?

Thanks in advance!

Hi there.

This new person has any property of elements? The request only shows up when someone without the possession of the element try to change it.

Check if this person is with some active Workset, like below.

Observe that the wall belongs to the TEST Workset. If the worksets are set as not editable, the owners of the elements have to give permision.

Hi!

Thank you for your prompt response!

All of our worksets are set to not editable with no owners, but we still have this issue.

You got to set different names to the users too.
Access the options of Revit and change the username. That should work.
