Edit Spyral Stairs

My top constraint for my spiral stairs is Level Plate; which is the top of my first floor walls. When I try to change my top constraint to Level 2, Revit says to change number of risers. When I add risers, my stair get shorter and when I reduce the number of risers my stair go higher.

1) How to edit?

2) Is there a way to pin the top of my stairs to a floor and have Revit change the riser height according to the desired number of risers?

3) Why does my stair get taller when I reduce the number of risers and vise versa?

Thanks!

The Desired Number of Risers parameter controls the height of the risers, as Revit devides the height of the stairs by the number of desired risers. If you've drawn 14 risers and you make the desired number of risers 15, the stairs won't make it to the top.

In most cases, the Desired number of Risers should match the Actual number of risers (the parameter right under Desired and grayed out since it's Read Only).
