I am have some complications crating a profile that i can use for multiple depths.

Honestly, it makes no sense to me what you are doing.  Why don't you use Beams and Beam Systems?

If you want to use slab edges these are type based profiles, so you can't control the profile with an instance parameter. You need to have the dimensions for the profile family set to type parameters and then create multiple types of the profile for different dimensions. But in general I think Bradley might be correct as to use structural foundation/elements ie... You could also create in-place sweeps with foundation category with the profiles above btw (not set as slab edge profile though).

Thanks @martijn_pater I think your catching what i am kicking... is it best to create a profile to suit each individual Slab Edge profile...

I'm not catching what you're kicking. I understand Raft Slab and Waffle Pod Slab construction, but I don't understand your Revit Profile construction - or how you intend to use these Slab Edge Profiles to model your Raft Slabs and Waffle Pod Slabs.

For instance, what's this all about?

Slab Edge is not the right tool for this. Use Beam System and create beam types with any profiles you need and assign to the system.
