DWG EXPORT TO CAD POLYLINES

Does anyone know if there is a way to export certain elements to polylines when exporting dwg?

(I know there is a export rooms, spaces and areas as polylines option, but that's not what I need.)

For instance, I want to export the property lines or some setback lines as polylines.

Currently, I could export them as a block which are not satisfying. 

For now, I could only fix them in AutoCAD. I'm wondering if there is better ways. Any suggestions?

Property Lines?  So you're exporting Plan Views?  If so, what would be the point of a PLine?  Or, are you wanting to  the PLs to show in 3D View?
