Hello all,
I am trying to create a small key floor plan for multiple sheets, and I thought using copy view as dependent was the correct way. But when I place the view for a second time on a different sheet, I get the warning message that this view is already placed.
As usual I'm stumped. I have read http://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2015/ENU/?guid=GUID-8D44336D-00A3-4218-8442-5ED235D8D326
Thanks in advance....

Key plans I generally see done as a generic annotation. I included a blog link below.

Hi JLIebold,
Because key plans don't usually go on every sheet, mostly plan sheets, I believe the easiest and fastest way to create multiple key plans is to make dependent copies of the first key plan for each sheet. You can name each key plan with the sheet number to keep them organized.
Hope this helps...
Jeff
