Duplicated files when Packaging in BIM 360

For some reason, when trying to package a Revit file, I have two sets of EVERY file on BIM360. Any suggestion on how to remove the one that is not needed?

looks like some of them are not workshared files. just move them to another folder then (outside of your folder's discipline)
