Hi Guys,
I just found a problemin RVT exportting to NWC.
I need to divide the model according to levels. So I export the NWC with checking the "Divide file into levels". But in the exported NWC, I found duplicate staircase under "No Level" tree. Only if I open 3D view to export the NWC and set the export setting with "current view" can solve the problem. Use any other view, or use any view with setting "entire project" will lead to the same problem.
Do any body else have met such a problem? Could any one tell me why and how to fix it besides the way i use?

Cast in Place?
I don't have any first have experience, it happens to other sometimes. I know because those people post here when it does. I think the #1 upshot is Revit does it and NWC takes it way. Have you been over to the NWC forum?
The stairs are duplicated. What you see at the <No level> branch are the Run and Landing (and other components) definitions of the stairs. The actual stairs are listed under specific level branches.
I have also posted this issue on NWC forum but received no reply. I think it may be revit setting issue so I also posted here.
Hi Toan,
Thanks for your reply. Actually, what I want is a NWC without these elements. I'm doing quality control right now and has wrote a script to auto-check the model. But the issue is really annoying me. I'm trying to find the reason and figure out a resolution.
this is strange solution ![]()
+ Just enable Section box in revit 3D view! , then create new NWC file "whatever by revit or navis"
