I'm not trying to duplicate the views on the sheets, only the titleblock. When I right click on the empty sheet all duplicate options are greyed out.
I had manually input the data into the titleblock through the properties panel, not in the family template nor through project information under "manage". This is why I'm trying to duplicate. Could this also be the reason the duplicate options are unavailable?

I'm not following. Sounds like you want to right-click on the Titleblock name under the Project Browser and press "Type Properties" to access the dialog box where you can edit Type Parameters and Duplicate Family Types.
Right click a sheet in the the browser? What Revit version are you using? Duplicate Sheet is a new feature in 2022, not any older versions.
Sorry, my goal was to duplicate the titleblock sheet by right clicking on the specific sheet in the project browser and selecting duplicate views, but the options are all greyed out.
This isn't really an answer as to why the options are greyed out. I need a solution for that so I understand why it's doing it in the first place. But thanks for the link.
It is not just 2022...You need the Latest build of 2022. Go check/install updates and hot fixes.

This was the issue. I hadn't updated the 2022 hotfix. I now have it available. Thank you!
On top of the duplicating sheets issue, what info were you having to manually put onto each sheet? Are they things you could link project parameters? Just trying to figure out if you could improve the workflow even more.
There are probably quite a few ways I could improve the efficiency of the project parameters. In this case I was looking for the solution for a quick duplication of a titleblock I modified for my class house design project. With more forethought I would have created the family template for the titleblock with the information and/or updated the data in the Project Information under Manage. If that made sense.
It does. If you know you just needed a quick fix, then you got it. Just making sure you know taking the time to set up the title block properly will save loads of time in the future.
I have been having the exact same issue in Revit LT 2022. Seems duplicate sheets option wasn't working with the initial release of Revit 2022, but hotfix 2022.1.3 seems to have got it working. We have had the same issue with the full version of Revit 2022 too, with the same solution.
