Duplicate Sheet into New Drawing

Hello

I have a Cover Sheet with the basic project text that will be used as a starting point for future projects.

There is no drawing file that is 'sheeted' onto the Sheet.

How do I Duplicate that Sheet into the next drawing?  When I right click Duplicate View options are all grayed out.  Copy to Clipboard is greyed out.

An empty sheet with just a titleblock should still be duplicated if you are using Revit 2022.1 or newer.  Can you show the properties of that sheet?

2022 version.

Right Click does not give the options, per the Knowledge, of Duplicate Empty Sheet, Duplicate w Sheet Detailing, etc.

Update to the latest 2022.1 build.
