Dual conditional format in schedule

I have 2 special rooms A and B that have windows with 8" sash.

In schedule, I can use conditional format to color highlighting them in room A, but not both (as "equal to A").

Is it possible ? I saw the "and" button but it s unactivable.

Or is it only in R17 ?

Unfortunately the "AND" is used for conditionals that evaluate parameters of NUMERICAL types (Length, Integer, Number, Weight) as they have more test options. TEXT type parameters can only test "for equal" to or "not equal to".
