Drawing Number with Revision Suffix

Hi

Is there a way by which I can automatically add a suffix to a drawing number to indicate the revision?

For example, say I have a drawing numbered 'BR23' that has already been issued. I then make revisions, place some 'revision A' revision clouds and want to reissue the drawing. The revision date is automatically changed on the drawing sheet. I also need the drawing number to automatically change to 'BR23A'. At the moment I have to go through manually and edit these. It's time consuming and easy to miss a sheet potentially causing problems later on.

On the Sheet:

You can set up the label to use 2 parameters

• Sheet Number
• Current Revision

For the Sheet List (Just in case you are wondering)

You can use combine fields using the same two parameter mentioned above Sheet Number + Current Revision
