drawing list sheet sorting

hello,

I'm using revit 2020 and I  have a problem with sortring the sheets in my project I have everything sort correctly except for 2 and that's because revit prioritize numbers. does anyone have any idea how to move them up without changing the numbering?

I attached a screen shot of my sheet list and highlighted the sheets that I need them to be moved up

thanks in adavance :leicht_lächelndes_Gesicht:

Use another parameter to organize the sorting. If you have nothing available than you could create a new (project) parameter. Add This sorting parameter to your schedule. If desired you can hide it so it will not show up in the schedule when place on a view

100% agree with the reply. Two of the first parameters we add to new templates is a text "Discipline" and numeric "Sort Order" or a variation on those name to allow grouping and sorting. At this point we are surprised when we don't see those parameters associated with sheets.

...I was pretty sure you could do it without needing a project parameter, starting to doubt that though...

We had had Discipline Order, Discipline Name to sort Sheets per Disciplines; and Sheet Order to sort Sheets to shift sheets up and down for a custom order.  After a couple projects, I made it mandatory to all consultants to number their sheets so they sort properly without Sheet order parameter.  Everyone's happy since.

Ow I thought it was about scheduling sheets instead of project browser organisation... Anyway, ofcourse you need a project parameter, either way, not sure what I was thinking about so scratch the above...
