Hello. I am trying to upload a few things from Revit City on my Revit project; and after it updates the year it shows me a message about the family. It usually never have this problem but how do I fix this?
Downloading from Revit City
It is a curtain wall panel “door”. Those are not placed via the door tool. To load it it you’ll need to use the Insert ribbon > Load from Library panel > Load Family. If you want a door that isn’t a curtain wall panel door you’ll need a different one.
If you want this one, then to place it you need to select the curtain wall panel where you want it to go and swap it out in the Type Selector.
