double curved surface or how to clean up driveway geometry

How do I make a double curved surface for this driveway? It is a sloping sidewalk I need to match up with a flat basement floor.

I sloped a floor on one end, but the lower end is too high because the sidwalk slopes down close to the level of the garage.

If I slope a triangle up in the blue, the long sides don't match up with both the sidewalk and the other half of the driveway.

I tried an in place model, but the sweep, extrusion, or other things don't seem like they will work.

Shape editing tools should let you get the surface you need and get it to match on both sides.
