Good Morning Community
I am using revit 2022 and I downloaded and used some doors from the cloud library but I am facing some probelms with some of them. Some doors work sometimes but some other times they appear randomly outside the wall. The Door frame is ok but the door leaf seem to be the problem. Anyone knows what is happening or how to fix?

That is very similar to what is happening in my project! but how come it works sometimes and sometimes not?
Simply because The door panel or trim hasn't been locked/constrained properly. Therefore it works only when the wall thickness has the same value as the host wall in the family.. ie: if the host in the family is 300mm, in the project it will work only for walls that are 300mm. If you place it on different wall types of different thickness, the panel will be floating outside the host.
Easiest fix is to edit the family and associate or lock the panel extrusion or trim sweeps to the reference plane of the inset or any other relevant ref plane (Edit- see GIF below same posted on previous post but same principle applies)
