Door with solid panel instead of glass

Hello all,

I am fairly new to Revit and for a project I am working on I have an issue with the door below.

In 3d view

This is a Aluminium door which I have downloaded from the internet. I want to replace the glass panel with a solid Insulated panel with the same color as the doorframe. 

I have edited the family (with nested families inside) and deleted the glass. For the solid panel I created an extrusion and gave this extrusion the color that I want. For a visual check in the 3d model I have given the panel half the height of the doorframe and it looks like this.

When I load this into my project..... and check the 3d model.... I end up with the top picture (the original settings so to speak).

How can I fix this?

Instead of deleting the glass from the family, just change the material from glass to whatever that you want.

Just post the Family here.  Better yet:  Post both the original and your revised one.
