Door Visualization

Goodevening,

I'm new in the autodesk family and the use of revit and i would like to know if it's possible to modify the visualization of the door in the plan view. I'll allegate some file to better explain this strange question...

The first image is the result I want and the second one is the actual visualization of the door in plan view

You can do pretty much whatever you want. There are plenty of walk-throughs on YouTube and other sources regarding how to make families, and especially door families. This would be a pretty straightforward modification.
