Thank you for the question. I found an existing forum thread on this topic:

Door schedule - door swing direction

There are a couple add-ins mentioned in the thread, but you could also look for more add-ins on our App Store.

Very interesting thread you've shared.

I'm currenly in the middle of a job where I was faced with a new variation of doors not yet experienced all in one rvt: single w/ either hand or pair, swing-in or swing-out.  This caused me to reassess my previously-made door families.

I opted for custom parameters to indicate information not in default setup to accommodate my needs as a manufacturer: swing, (clear) door opening sizes, hardware set, elevation reference.  However, these are all manual inputs after instances are placed in the project, and separate step from toggling flip controls to orient actual modeled geometry (similar to how one person commented on 3/31 in the thread Lance.Coffey shared).  Parameter properties I used are: Shared, Instance, and for dimensional ones I additionally checkmarked "Reporting Parameter".

After I'm out of the woods on my current task, I plan to invest time in having the actual orientation of doors drive what gets listed for "SWING" information in schedules.

Hopefully one of these plug-ins from the thread do the trick.

Best o' luck & skill!

We would like to mention that you can use XDoor available in the Revit App store:
