You can chang type mark from type properties and give it number

and from tag door you can change the label from number to type number

and from the schedule you can choose type mark and change it name as you like in the view and make filter with it

You shouldn't have elements with duplicate Mark values. Revit should have been alerting you to this.  Go to Manage Tab => Warnings. See any Warnings for those 7 Doors? You should. Use the Door's "Type Mark" Parameter for duplicate values, then on the Sorting and Group tab, Sort by "Type Mark" and uncheck "Itemize Every Instance".

Use the tool made for this in Revit:

Regardless your reasons, You can follow exactly what @bill_gilliss said but sort by Mark. Unless you have 1 mark per type.

..I guess it depends on how the OP wants to group and sort it. There could be more than one Door Schedule as well; each representing a different grouping and reporting data.

..but the big take-aways should be:

1.Don't duplicate Mark values

2. Uncheck "Itemize every instance", which goes to the crux of the OP's question.
