Door not cutting through the wall

Hey guys,

I am dealing with door not cutting properly trough the wall.

I got a warning saying there is a circular reference between my wall and top of foundation - but couldn't unjoin it as it made half of the model orange. I tried by selecting a new host - nothing - and by drawing a wall opening but it also didn't help.

One of the doors on the same wall is displayed properly.

Hey, sorry but that's not an option 😞

Do you have any suggestions on how to solve it?

there are two walls in your section view, attached the wall below to your underside of your slab slab and drag your highlighted wall  to the finish floor and see what happen . try to erase the wall and change another type and try again insert your door and see if helps. thanks

I was wonder if you can remove the small wall and use profile instead? To add profile, switch to section mode (1). then click on sweep (2). Add profile (3) and you will get profile attached the wall.

Once you add wall opening, it will cut along with the profile. It is easier than join geometry two walls and then have joint issue.

Is the reason you can't post the file because it a super satanic door and that if you posted it might make us go blind and suddenly become demons?  Well then, I guess it's a good call not to post it. After all, we don't need anymore blind and demonic Revit users in this world.  There's plenty of us already.   We don't need any more competition.  😉
