How far apart are the walls? If they are too far apart it will not cut the second wall.

Are you using a void instead of a cut opening in the door family?

Edit the door family and check if the the door when it is Loadable is cut by void to cut through double walls ...

This is the condition I have. It will not cut the internal wall

Looks like it's cutting through all the walls to me. Go to 3D View and isolate all the Walls in the View. Do they have all have openings cut all the way through them where the Door Families are placed?  If so, then you must be seeing something else in Plan View.  Maybe View Phase Filter related. Set the Plan View to Show Complete.
