Door elevation in legend showing right side for front elevation

So we have gotten a revit family from a manufacturer and we can't figure out what the issue is or how to fix it, but when we put in the door elevation for our door schedule with the legend component it comes in as the Right Elevation for the Front Elevation. And Left for the back. We looked in the family and Front is Front and back is back and so on and so forth. How do you fix that? How do we check to make sure the views are coming in correctly? The reference planes are even correct, but it just is being this way. I feel like they have to have a fix for it, but we can't find it and the only way we have "fixed it" is by just inserting it into another general family and fixing it that way.  Starting fresh.

Once you have the family placed in a legend view, select it, and look for a drop-down in the green-ish options bar that will allow you to change the view shown.

I will have to find that. The person working on this project now (I am the one that does the research in my office since I enjoy it haha) left for the day already so I am not sure the manufacturer. It's a security gate company is all I know

We did that. It only allows us to do plan, front and back. Plan is plan or maybe ceiling plan and front is right, back is left. That's why I am trying to figure this one out. I've had this happen only once in my about 8 years working with Revit so I have no idea how to fix that

The legend component should report the name of the family. Then you could just right click on the Family from the Project Browser and save it to another file.

I know. He stepped away from the office for today and I don't know the project number. He's working on about 50 projects for 1 client. (Not literally, but it's a lot of projects for 1 client and it's almost up to 30) So I have no idea what project to go into since on our job sheet list for our office it says "Ranges in numbers" for the project numbers haha. I honestly would be able to get it if I knew what project it was
