Door detail settings

Hello I have a french door i downloaded from the Bim store. Its displaying to much detail in my floor plan and i dont want to see so many lines in the cill. The lines i want to turn off are not 3D parts which i can turn off in visibility graphics.  When i bring it into my floor plans it almost looks transparent, can anyone direct me how to change. I have attached the family.

I opened your door family and set the visibility of the sill to only show in fine detail views.  You can also set it to not show in plan.

thanks but i don't want to turn it off just not see so much detail. Its not just the cill, the whole frame looks like wireframe mode? your example looked good.

Looks like you are in Wireframe. Change the Visual Style to Hidden.

Wow! I just opened your RFA.  Heck of a lot of geometry linework visible at the Cut Plane in Plan View.  You ought to Mask it out or turn it off, and use a simple Detail Linework representation instead.

I know its a mess, when i open up the actual family part it looks fine. Is there a cut plan view within the family? so i can see the same geometry and maybe change the lines to invisible ones?
