Don't see Interior Elevation Tag

Hi all,

In one of the project I'm working on, I can't find Interior elevation tag. I can't even copy it from any other project. Please see screenshot below. Can you please help?

What do you exactly mean? The interior elevation tag is the triangle already! The circle tags the sheet number and the triangle the detail number.
