You can create your own pattern file based on replacing the A and B values in the following PAT file description:

 

*HATCHNAME, Standard stretcher bond A=length x B=height
0, 0, 0, 0, B
90, 0, 0, B, A, B,-B
 
For a Revit model hatch you need to include the appropriate header depending whether the units are metric or imperial as described in the online Revit help link below.

pyRevit also has a wonderful tool to create custom hatch patterns right in Revit. Tons of other tools, but that's probably my favorite.

Not sure about your mortar spacing but this is a typical 10mm offset with a running bond pattern.

If the OP had supplied a joint width, I agree that the pattern file would be significantly more complex. I assumed they wanted a model simple schematic pattern for small scale floor plans and elevations.
