You need the original Shared Parameter File " Notepad "..
probably try to create a new Shared Parameter file and then create
custom " shared parameter " and use them...
Its impossible to get " Shared Parameter file " used in any family..
but if you can manage to get it then that will help you edit and add
shared parameters..

This is a very late reply, but I wanted to add some clarification in case other folks find this via a Google search. The COBie Extension does not allow adding extra parameters to the typical columns for export. That is not COBie compliant. To get extra parameter data exported, you need to use the Attribute tab. If you go to Setup in COBie Extension and find the Attributes section, check the boxes for the parameters you want. Then those associated parameters will show up on the Attributes tab in the exported spreadsheet.

You cant add parameter but you can revise parameter mapping, it can change the exported cobie sheet,
