Does the Belt Measurement parameter for a divided surface only appear in case of a curved surface? There are some divided surfaces with belt measurement and others without.
In the Revit file in level -2.7 ceiling plan, the highlighted areas when modeled, the distance between the panels are not equal and not aligned. What is the reason for this? Is there another way to model these surfaces and maintain the gaps between panels and their alignment?

I'm looking at your file and not readily seeing alignment issue. Can you post a screenshot pin-pointing where I should be looking? I'm currently looking at one of the clouded surfaces on Ceiling Level 2.7.
The spaces between the panels on all sides should be equal, but on the mass, they are not.
