Display the name of design option in the host model

I would like to ask the Revit community if there is a way to track the name of the linked design options in the host model.

Track it how? 

Are you setting up by Linked Views?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I just want to keep the name of the design option in the host model in all the views ( plan, elevation, 3d view etc) .

Don't you set up and name dedicated DO views?

The Revit model that l have, contains 7 linked design options of the same Revit model and copies of them. When l go to the Visibility or properties tab they appear only 2 names in the linked models. I believe that is the way that they linked the models that causes the issue. It seems that all design options have been linked under the same name in the host model.All 7 design options are flattened in the host model under 2 names.
