DISPLAY DRAFTING VIEW

When I insert a drafting view and then I tarnsdfer that  drafting view to a sheet , Is there a way that I can aply something like a clipping mask? Because I don't like to see some of the elements as I have shown in the image below.

Yes, you can apply a masking region. However, seems to me like you have a drafting scale issue.

Are you trying to apply the masking region directly on the sheet? Because you can't. You can only do it inside dhe drafting view.

If you don't want do leave the sheet screen to do it, select the viewport and go for the Activate View on the ribbon. Then you can edit whatever you want/need. To deactivate, right click without any object selected and then click Deactivate View.

I went to activate viewport adn its greyed out and doenst move out of the command

SOrry I overlooked your last sentece as its 2 am here.I also don't know how to make the lines around the filled and or masking region go away as shown in the image below.

When you draw a masking region to make stuff invisibile...you need to use invisible lines 🙂 ... (get some sleep mate Reviting at 2am is no good)
