Hello Revit forum

Generally, when select a wall there are three instance parameters in Dimension section in Properties Pallet, these parameters are Length, Area and Volume

I ask about the rules applied by Revit to calculate Area and Volume and Length of WALL SELECTED in a model

Kind Regards

Length would be straight length.
Area would be one side L x H
Volume Would be Area x Width

It seems that you are not understand what I refered to
What I mean is when you finish creating an architectur model and go to make a Wall schedule that include fields such as Area, Length, Volume, we will discover that there are a rules that control computing Area and volume and length
I found some hints in the following link in Youtube but I don't found all answers about all rules that control above scheduled fields

Note: I show here a link includes an example of a wall schedule that exported to Excel (distance is 12' between Level 1 and Level 2)
