Using Revit 2018.1
The architect I'm making plans for would like dimensioning to the face of rough.
Is there a way to get a dimension to snap to the face of rough on the end of a wall where the finish is wrapped?
Thanks,
GChapp

@gccdesign hello, not possible Revit can't recognize core face at the end of the wrapped walls, alternatively you can try to make two seperated single walls-core & finish and see if works. thanks
Modify Cut Profile a bit and you can snap the dimension to it.
Could you please elaborate how to modify cut profile? I downloaded your attached revit file, but there is no plan view to see how you adjusted the cut profile. thanks in advance.
When I modify cut profile in my door or window family to accommodate rough opening width, there is no finish material between my door/window and opening in wall ( There is a only gap between the door/window and the opening).

The view is Level 1 plan. The original question is specifically how to snap the dimension to the rough end of the wall. See screencast for the answer.
For the opening, you can add two reference planes in the opening family to indicate the actual rough opening so you don't have to cut profile them. Edit the family in the file you will see them.
