Different type of wall in the same facade

Hello, 

I have to model a house like in .pdf attachment.

I have post question to know how can I do to realize a wood wall.

Now as in the pic have to modelize the facede putting both wood wall and that plaster wall. 

Someone can help me?

I have to cut the wall?
