Difference between preview and print

Hello all,

I am new to the forum and hope my post is in the right place ...


I will explain to you my concerns that I have had since yesterday afternoon.
When I print, whether to PDF or to the printer, the print does not come out as on my sheet, nor as on the preview. The images do not appear, the fonts are different and change direction, the title block no longer looks like anything, and even some hatching does not appear ...

I have no idea how to fix this. I closed Revit, I restarted the PC several times, I looked in all the possible settings but nothing helped ...

I tried other file, always the same ...
I didn't touch anything, I just changed my project ...

 

If you had a solution, sincerely, you would get out of the sluggishness because I can't unlock anything and it's starting to take my head ...: face_inexpressive:

try to install latest updates from autodesk and your graphics card driver or untick use hardware acceleration from options > hardware. and see if helps. thanks

I found the solution, it came from a problem with a Windows update ...

Once the patch is installed, everything is back to normal !!!
