dialogue window missing

WANTED: list of ideas as to restoring a dialogue box (in this case Warning), so far I've tried:

Restarting programme

Opening another project

Alt-spacebar arrow trick

changing screen resolution

Is reinstalling the software my only hope... 😞

Hi,

Try and locate the Revit.ini file.

Before you follow any further instructions, just make a backup of this file and also note its path.

Now in the ini file look for the following lines:

SuppressShowButtonMessage=0
SuppressShowMassWarning=0

If they are set to =1 change them to =0

That should ideally do the trick.

Not sure what you are looking for, the warning like mass visibility, Raster printing, or the warning of model that you can access from Tab?

Warning of model accessed from the tab or typed command "WR".

Is this a recent issue?

From an another thread it appeared to be a bug form a Infraworks Updater.

Maybe check that?

YES!!! uninstalled Infraworks Updater and seems to be working fine now.

Just as a matter of interest, I'm running Revit on a double screen.
